Apply Base Makeup
Use base in accordance to the shade of the skin. Don’t miss the neck, arms and feet. For greasy skin use water based solution and dab softly with a loosely powder to absorb excess oil and increase its remaining power. Make use of pigmented cream foundation and then apply powder base over it.
